[The space]
This is a living space in a newly built villa with pretty red brick on a hill overlooking old Heukseok (meaning black stone) neighborhood. Enjoy a relaxing space decorated in green them and biophilic style using natural wood.
- A residential space on the 2nd floor of a 5-story villa.
- The 3rd and 4th floors are occupied by host families, and the 5th floor and rooftop are being prepared as shared spaces.
- It is safe as secured by digital door locks at the villa entrance, unit entrance, and each private bedroom.

- Please note that we require our guests to pay booking total (max. monthly fee) in advance of the booking to hold your room
- Payment details will be informed after confirming the booking online.
- If you cancel 28 days before check-in, you'll get 100% refund. 14 days before check-in, 50% refund. After that, you won't be refunded
Two people can stay in this room. Additional guest fee is 20,000 KRW per night.
