You reach your private entrance via an external staircase, so you are always the first and last to walk through the front door. The owner lives in the basement and can be very helpful if you have any questions or problems.

The access with the next cable car to the "Ski Welt" (Ski World) is only a few minutes away by car and you can continue your trip from there to Westendorf or to Hochbrixen. The ski shuttle is only about 700 metres away.
Please note: The last 100 metres of the road leading to the house are somewhat steep and difficult to drive on, snow chains or a four-wheel drive are required in severe winter conditions. However, you can park your vehicle at the bottom of the hill
Charging an e-car at the accommodation is not possible and not allowed. Should you nevertheless charge your car illegally, the house owner/manager may, without discussion, hold you responsible for any damage and charge a fine.
