Summary: Chloe was in a great location. I enjoyed the staff and were very polite, kind and helpful. The amenities met the expectations. If you need a place to stay and see the sites it’s easy to get to. Subway, taxi and bus are close. Shopping and restaurants galore. If climbing stairs is a problem then not recommended. There is a Dumb waiter if needed that can transport baggage up to the floor you need. Office is on 3rd Floor. The advertisement is accurate for the hotel. Typical for Asian Beds that are sturdy and not the same comfort as beds in USA. So stairs and beds may have drawbacks if you have any disabilities.
