Positive: Good location Self check in in out (a lot of time to gather things till 11:00 ) Provided hair dryer

Negative: First of all, thank you for bringing the hair dryer to the room! The room itself is not so bad. I also liked the self check-in system. The main issue is with the wall near the window. It looks covered with mold and some yellow stains. It would be better to change the wallpaper there sometimes, as this would improve the overall impression of the apartment. From what I noticed, the bad reviews usually come from this room. Next is a suggestion regarding the bedding. For a better guest experience, it’s better to have proper bedding set covers and sheets, because without them it feels as if someone has already slept on them. They are not very expensive either. You don’t even need to put them on yourself – it’s fine if the guest can put them on by themselves. We wanted to buy some, but it was already too late. The hotel is in a good location, but unfortunately these issues are the reason it receives bad reviews. Please check it, and I wish you good luck!
