The unit is 916 square feet, & we have AC units in each bedroom & the living room, which more than adequately cools the place. We have a full kitchen (incl coffee maker, dishwasher, stove/oven, fridge), washer/dryer, dining room area, cable TV (Smart TV), King Bed in Master, Wifi, & Sleeper Sofa.
This property is equipped with a privacy-safe noise and smoking monitor in common areas. It measures decibel levels and detects cigarette/vape smoke but does not record or transmit audio, conversations, video, or any personal data.
