Har i sista minuten bestämt mig för att hyra ut en lägenhet i mitt hus då min förra hyresgäst nu flyttat ut. Separat lägenhet i villa uthyres. Koön, Marstrand.
Bra läge med gångavstånd 5 min till färja och affär. Ett par minuter ner till havet.
En etta på ca 40 kvm med sovalkov, kök, toalett, dusch och hall. Dubbelsäng i sovalkoven och en bäddsoffa med bäddmått 140 i vardagsrummet. Extrasäng går att ordna. Gemensam ingång till huset.
Mina barn delar gärna med sig av studsmatta, rutschkana, gungor mm som finns i trädgården.
