Detached holiday house built in 2018 at the state of the art. High quality materials, real wood parquet, natural stone (granite, slate). Very large kitchen with huge fridge and ice dispenser, dishwasher, induction cooker, convection oven, microwave, etc. Dining table for 16 persons. 5 bedrooms (maximum occupancy 16 people incl. Sofa bed use). Two bathrooms, both with toilet and barrier-free shower. One with bidet, the other with urinal and corner bath.
Ground floor: Large kitchen, dining area, TV corner with large, pull-out sofa bed. An accessible bedroom with double bed. An accessible bathroom with toilet, shower, bidet.
Laundry room with washer and dryer.
Upstairs: Two bedrooms each with double bed. Two family rooms each with bunk beds and pullout boxspring sofa bed. A bathroom with shower and bath, toilet and urinal.
No parties, no events allowed. Smoking only outside the house. No open fire, no candles or tealights! Youth groups not allowed. Families with children are welcome. Dogs too. Monteureambuchungen possible. Invoice is created.
For each guest (excl. Fitters) is a 2-hour free visit to the Monte Mare sauna area or a full-day stay in the indoor swimming pool Monte Mare Eckenhagen included.
