Just 45 minutes from Disney and 30 minutes from both Universal/I-Drive and some of Florida’s most beautiful beaches, this home will provide the tranquility of leisurely Florida life and access to all of Florida’s top attractions, restaurants, and nightlife. Freshwater and saltwater fishing with boat access and rentals is within 20 minutes. This home is beautifully furnished and spacious with 2300 ft of living space, a huge furnished patio deck, stunning pool, garage, and fenced in yard on corner lot. The circular drive allows plenty of room for parking cars, boats, and provides easy access to both front and back entries. The spacious kitchen (LOTS of cupboard space!) is adjacent to a lovely, open living area with big screen TV (cable AND wi-fi are included!) and plenty of seating. A Keurig coffee maker is provided along with a starter kit of coffees and teas to help start you up in the mornings. There is also both a formal dining room and a separate living room with a queen sleeper sofa. Step through the huge master bedroom with king bed and open French doors to enter the spacious master bath, with garden jacuzzi tub, walk-in shower, and large walk-in closet! This home is built for comfort and perfect for entertaining! An ADT alarm system provides total security for your stay. For those who just can't leave their furry friends at home, this property IS PET FRIENDLY with reasonable limitations. Located just a couple minutes from Interstate 4, it’s a perfect location to explore not just the parks, but the beaches, natural beauty, and history to be found in sunny Central Florida!

If you want to bring your boat, the circular drive is perfect for easy in/out access, but you MUST request permission in advance and NO BOATS over 24 ft!
Minimum rental 7 nights and long-term rentals welcome. Minimum age for rentals is 25 years of age, maximum occupancy 8 people, non-smoking only.
