Positive: Magnificent view and comfortable bed, delicious breakfast.

Negative: The hotel seemed very understaffed and though the people who were present did a good job, there is not enough of them so we kind of left with the impression that the service isn't good. As we checked in on a Friday afternoon, only one counter was open in the reception. We got lucky and were second in line, so it took maybe 10 minutes of waiting, but a little later there was a long line of 6 or 7 parties with their luggages all waiting. Even though I had booked a room for two, it was set up for one - one water bottle, one set of towels etc. - though that was fixed quickly when we called. At breakfast also the staff seemed overwhelmed and understaffed, with dishes piling up and orders overlooked. The hotel is surrounded by 4-6 lane motorways and though it is central, the nearest 0,5-1km radius area isn't really nice to walk.

Summary: Quite nice overall but the service not at what you'd expect at a top hotel
