Positive: Good price & quality ratio, comfy big bed (we didn't end up using the second bedroom) with good quality sheets. Clean, convenient enough, easy check in! It was also interesting for me personally to stay on the 17th floor, I've never done it before :) The styling of the living room also had some early 2000s charm, something like what I think people wanted a lot when I was a kid, and I weirdly enjoyed it a lot! The views are probably quite lovely in good weather. When we were visiting the weather was foggy as hell, but having arrived for a dance festival, we mostly enjoyed the beds & the bathtub :D and the washing machine! Thx for the detergent that's neutral smelling :) Had a very good vibe overall, I will remember this stay with a smile. The lamps for evening lights were warm and cozy. The kitchen had some leftover dry foods & spices from previous guests, which was nice, we used some spices when cooking & left cereal for someone else to finish up :3 Nikolay bar buffet with amazing pies is nearby. Walking to the city centre & taking tram from the port was easy (walk through the building that has shoe store), walking to the old town is doable, Viru bus terminal is close. Ended up taking uber/bolt more often to get where we needed in the north, missing the tram almost every time.

Negative: Nothing critical, it was a very good experience overall & we would consider staying there again for 1-2 nights, but a few things to know: - you won't be able to open a window (17th floor) and the ventilation, despite being quite okay and 1-3 settings, is very loud on 2&3. As someone who loves fresh outside air & airing out the apartment before sleep, I would have struggled if staying for longer. - if you want to cook at home every day, Rimi express nearby is a bit too small, go to bigger Rimi or Solaris - and the kitchen is not the most functional when it comes to the dishes. It was suitable for the small stuff we cooked/boiled :) - due to the quirkiness of design choices, the usability of the apartment wouldn't have worked for a long stay at least for me (the layout & small things), I also wouldn't have stayed with small kids of the age when they run around a lot and can bump into things. P.S. the good reviews awards in the entryway is what made me squint a little & provoked writing such a detailed cons list. If I had wishes for that place, they would have been some drying options for utensils, hooks in the bathroom, something to have a charging spot on the other side of the big bedroom bed, some shampoo&gel&conditioner, and perhaps coffee/tea. And good visual instructions on how to take out garbage!
