Summary: I have booked a single room in the hotel and I got a little house just for one night really far away, the bed was not made, I had to do it myself. I had to drive back to the hotel to get breakfast. The receptionist claimed that I couldn't get a room at the hotel, even though I had booked very early. I find this completely incomprehensible. On top of that, I had to pay 400 kroner for my little Yorkshire terrier. I've never paid that much for a dog before, not even in the best hotels in Copenhagen. I would not recommend this hotel at all.
