Nestled between lodgepole pines, this luxury estate features views of the sub-alpine forest and the prominent peak of Copper Mountain. With a private hot tub, movie theater, pool table, outdoor gas grill, gourmet kitchen, and expansive balcony there is something for everyone. The Lumberjack lift is only 100ft from the end of the driveway, making access to Copper's terrain just a short walk away.
The Main Level of this home has a contemporary, yet rustic design. Turn on the main fireplace and take a seat enjoying the fantastic views of Copper Mountain or stretch out in front of the oversized flat-screen TV.
Hire a private chef or cook your meals in this exceptionally equipped, high-end kitchen. With two ovens, a large farmhouse sink, a Wolf stove, instant hot water, a custom built-in double fridge, a large bar, and an expansive workspace, the culinary opportunities are endless. The sprawling balcony has a gas grill and plenty of room to spread out in both summer and winter.
After a long day on the slopes enter the large mud room with plenty of space for all your gear and its full-size washer and dryer. The two-car garage has space for two vehicles and the spacious driveway features plenty of room for additional parking.
The Main floor Master features a flat-screen TV, a luxurious fireplace with a stone mantel, and expansive windows to enjoy the views of the surrounding sub-alpine forest. The upper level features three bedrooms complete with ensuite bathrooms. There is also a dedicated workspace with a desk overlooking the main floor for tasks such as remote working or casual web browsing.
Lounge on the king bed while enjoying majestic views of Copper Mountain and your private fireplace in the first bedroom. The large, attached bathroom offers a full-size washer and dryer in the closet. A luxurious king bed, private fireplace, attached bathroom, and exceptional views make the second bedroom the ideal R and R hot spot. The expansive bathroom features a jetted tub and a separate high-end shower. The third bedroom comes equipped with a queen bed, flat screen, and en-suite bathroom.
The lower level of the home serves up the ultimate entertainment and relaxation area. There are three bedrooms located on this level along with an additional bunk located in the living area. The two bunk rooms on this floor each have 4 double beds, creating a high-capacity sleeping arrangement. The final bedroom on the ground delivers an additional king bed and attached bathroom. This is marvelous for bonding excursions as well as an ideal area for kids to entertain themselves. Play pool with the family, pile into the movie theater, or enjoy the fireplace. You might want to play some tunes on the guitar or enjoy the back deck with its private hot tub. There's even an additional kitchenette for keeping your favorite beverages and snacks close at hand.

Note: there is no A/C in any of our properties. Parking at Copper Mountain is strictly enforced. Most rental properties have parking space for one vehicle only. To avoid towing or a ticket, please adhere to posted signs and parking allocations at all times. If you need additional parking, an Alpine Lot permit can be purchased for $20 per night from the Resort. You can pay through a QR code or at the kiosk, which is located in the Alpine Lot.

All of our properties come stocked with a basic starter package of paper towels, toilet paper, facial tissue, hand/body soap, conditioning shampoo, dish soap, sponge, and dishwasher detergent (this is a 3-4 night supply, guests may purchase additional products locally). Each home is equipped with high-end bed linens and towels. Kitchens are stocked with a coffee maker, cookware, bakeware, dishes, glasses, utensils, and small appliances.
Warning: 4WD or AWD vehicles are required in the winter, snow, and ice will be on all surfaces including driveways and roads - no refunds for towing or cars that get stuck. Some homes require 4WD or AWD in the non-winter months due to dirt roads, and uneven surfaces - contact for more information about your rental.
Starting Sept. and running through May 31 of each year, all drivers on I-70 between Morrison and Dotsero will be required to adhere to the traction law, which requires vehicles to have either four-wheel drive or all-wheel drive with snow or mud+snow-rated tires, or specialized winter tires, chains or other traction devices for cars with two-wheel drive. Ensure you have the correct equipment when driving in Colorado. Talk with your rental car company if you are planning to rent.
