It wouldn't be a real ranch without actual Longhorns, which often visit the guest house. Though the cattle are friendly, we ask that guests keep a respectable distance, and they'll do the same. You can bring a well-behaved pet, but only if you believe they'll act tamely around the Longhorns. If you'd like to explore the property further, there are 40 acres and over two miles of marked hiking trails.
This remote, private and spacious vacation rental sits on a hilltop that gives 30-mile views of the Hill Country in all directions. A washer and dryer combo provide cleanup convenience, and a full kitchen with appliances, cookware, serving ware, utensils, and glasses is yours to enjoy, with a dining table that seats six. The living area features a Blue Ray DVD-ready, Roku TV (no local channels), plenty of plush furniture, and a toasty fireplace..
