Summary: The stay was exactly as expected and promised. The property is on the third floor and accessed by elevator. As my mother required transport chair and convenience each day for treatment - the location could not be any better right on the road opposite MGH. My family first had chosen a place on the more Beacon Hill Side of MGH however after seeing that it's rather "hilly" on that side with a tranport chair(wheelchair) we are happy that we changed to this closer choice. The apartment is a good size with two large bedrooms each equipped with bathrooms with support bars for safety around the toilette and in the shower and bathtub in the master bedroom. The internet was solid once we figured things out, the gym was a bit dark but reasonably well equiped with free weights, cycles and treadmills, no pool. 24/7 doorman was extra helpful for amazon deliveries and very easy for Uber/ Taxi access into town. Room temperatures were adjustable and two king beds were comfortable with other cots and the ability to have somebody on the sofa in the living room if needed. We ran into a washer and dryer issues but almost immediately this was resolved by the host giving us access to another apartment which was empty but with washer and drying upstairs that we could access all the time. It was convenient enough and also kept the noise outside of the apartment, so we weren't overly fussed that it didn't get fixed or properly replaced during our stay.
