Beautiful floors and lots of natural light from large windows overlook Loon Lake. Enjoy your morning coffee on the large deck complete with an outdoor teak dining set and steamer chairs. The full kitchen boasts attractive countertops, stainless steel appliances, utensils and cookware you'll need to create something special for you and your guests. One canoe and two kayaks are available for guest use (with life jackets). Please rent additional personal floatation devices from Loon Lake Marina for proper fit. Must properly wear life jacket when using canoe/kayaks.
Please note that the dock is in shallow water - do not dive off of the dock.
Parking for four cars is available in the private driveway.
2 luggage racks are provided in each bedroom.
* Per Town of Chester requirements: Fireworks, smoking and accelerants not permitted on premise. Glass bottles/glass are not permitted on beach area or waterfront. Noise ordinance between 10 pm - 7 am.
**Trash service is not available at this property. This property is located in an area administered by the Adirondack Park Commission. As with many remote homes in the Adirondack Park, this is a carry-in, carry-out location. Please take trash to the Chestertown Landfill/Transfer Station at 62 Landon Hill Road which is less than 4 miles away. We provide landfill permit.
