Guest room & loft both have double beds. Pond is naturally spring fed with swimming and fishing 21 feet from the waterfront deck. Take full advantage of the lakes only 6 foot wide by 50 foot long dock, great for swimming to 1 of 2 rafts or if you own a boat tie up to it. Hours of fun are steps away with 2 private beaches on either side of the house, great for kids. The pond has bass, pickerel and catfish for a fisherman's paradise. The yard is 200 feet long, great to play wiffle ball, badminton or just run around. Brand new Weber gas grill & 2 picnic tables. Fire pit is perfect for toasting marshmallows or sipping on a glass of wine. The property is furnished with all bedding & bath towels. Kitchen offers everything, pots, pans, keurig, microwave, crock pot, toaster, dinnerware and glassware.
