Positive: Beautiful location Lovely well stocked coffee machine Accommodating staff

Negative: Overpriced. By far the most expensive stay in Estonia with least value for money No basin in bathroom, had to brush teeth and wash hands in kitchen. Only a woodstove to cook on Sleeping upstairs away from toilet so we had to go outside at night. Uncomfortable double bed mattress. No instructions for Sauna
