Positive: Dear UNO Team, I just wanted to drop you a line as an Englishman visiting your lovely City and staying at your brilliant Hotel UNO. With my partner Jana, we stayed on the eleventh floor, and we found the room to be lovely, clean and with a reasonable view. We had great service from all of your polite staff we had dealings with, we found the included breakfast to be very varied and enjoyable. We tried out a little of everything during our stay and had a great time in your truly awesome Capital-City. We will most certainly be returning in the near future. Without doubt, we will want to stay at the UNO again, and I’m sure we will enjoy our second stay as much as the first one. Many thanks to the great management and all of the staff too.
