Summary: Christine in front area and Joseph in the retuarant were excellent in trying to make my stay comfortable. The dog fee was double of all other locations we have stayed and the rate was not noted in any of our confirmations from hotels.com. the two dark haired gals working the front desk at check in were somewhat abbrupt when questioned and challanged the exhorbinate pet fee for 1 night stay.
