Rate is based on the only 4 guests. There is a additional fee for extra guests. In front of the house there is a pond with koi fish to relax next to while listening to the waterfall. To the right side of the property there is a basketball and pickleball court. Interior of the house is 3,000 square feet. Includes a Chef's Kitchen with a Viking style stove, has a butler side with granite counter tops. Downstairs there is a small bedroom/office. A living room with a 82' LED TV with a warm fireplace to cozy up to. Half Bath, Family Sitting Room with a Billiards table, Dining Room with a table that sits 8. Upstairs there is a total of four bedrooms and two full baths with a Spa Master Bathroom. In the Master Bedroom there is a reading nook and a full spa bath with a tub and separate shower Tv ans Sonos speakers with fireplace. Master Bedroom includes a spacious walk in closet, a king size bed and a 84 in' UHD4K TV. There is another bedroom with a queen sized bed overlooking the property. The third large bedroom with a large walk in closet and a queen sized bed as well. The 4th bedroom is an office/bedroom. This beautiful property is located just minutes away from the Hamptons! 20 minutes from north fork wine country. Best of both worlds. There is a separate guest house for storage for the owner.
