Positive: Close to the airport, clean, good restaurant

Negative: Website says shuttle included but it’s actually 18€. And then the shuttle came late so I had to get an uber. I asked for a refund. They want a screenshot of my uber ride. Which is proving to be difficult as I can’t send it through email and the booking.com channel won’t take pictures. Don’t they track who gets on the shuttle?? Super annoying and the room was overpriced. Also uber was only 11€. For the price of the room the shuttle should be free IMO. Not impressed.
