At least 6 beach chairs, some beach toys and boogie boards included. Community Outdoor showers and 4 recently renovated outdoor pools. Take a stroll down the pier and watch boats go by on the day dock. Bring your bikes to visit the top rated public park, championship putt putt, children’s waterpark, Venice Beach style skate park, plentiful variety of restaurants and a Food Lion. All less than a mile away and accessible by large flat sidewalks with crosswalks where needed.
