Space has one queen bed, two twin beds and includes two air mattresses. Living room provides a couch and television. Full kitchen features all new appliances well as a private dinning room. Bathroom was recently modernized and provides a rich environment with all the details. Long term stays welcome or stay over night. 10 min to Litchfield.
Home was built at the end of the victorian period in 1900 and was recently renovated to expose the original features while adding a modern farm house vibe. 12` mattress in master bedroom. With organic cotton sheets. Home is cleaned chemical free. Natural fiber rugs and sustainable cork flooring reduce off -gassing creating a nontoxic air quality in the space. Water is heated with on demand hot Navien system.

Quiet safe neighborhood with baseball and basketball park across the street. Near the Naugatuck river and walking trail. 10 mins to downtown Litchfield and 1 mile to downtown torrington. 11 miles to Mohawk Mountain Ski Resort.
