Positive: Good location, a short walk from the tram stop. Staff were very welcoming, there was a complimentary wine and also water in the room at check-in. We were also given a check-out gift.

Negative: Gym was pretty basic, the spa was small. Everything else was wonderful.

Summary: Nice, clean, amazing staff. Would recommend!
