Wake up to the peaceful sound of the river at this spacious and inviting retreat. The open concept living space is designed for connection and relaxation, featuring comfortable couches, two TVs, and plenty of room to unwind after a day of exploring. There is a shared hot tub within the complex.
Our unit features a open main floor with living room, master bedroom with a king bed and master bathroom, and a large half bath and laundry combo. Upstairs you will find a spacious loft, complete with queen sized bed and a full size pull out couch with memory foam mattress. There is also a desk for those who would like to work remotely.
This unit has a Responsible Agent, whose chief purpose is to respond to an external complaint submitted to the local government regarding the renter's stay in this unit. If the local government receives a complaint about the renter and it contacts the Responsible Agent, the renter will be charged for the Responsible Agent's response with a cost of a $35 flat fee plus $100 per hour charged in 6-minute increments until the complaint is resolved.
There is plenty of free parking on the premise, please be respectful of other guests and full time neighbors and park towards the front of the complex if you have more than 2 vehicles. Do not park in the dentist office parking lot. There are several shuttle options available to Summit County from Denver International Airport if you choose not to drive. The Summit Stage Bus System is free for everyone and the closest stop is located across the highway at Target.

Please unplug the grill and return the electronic grill controller to the kitchen.
Summer Mountain Comfort
Like most mountain homes, this property does not have central air conditioning but fans are provided for guest comfort. In summer, the thermostat should be left set to 50 degrees to ensure the heater does not come on. In the evenings we recommend opening windows on both floors and closing them in the morning when it starts warming up.
