1. Guest Registration And City Tax
In accordance with the legal obligations imposed by the Police of the Czech Republic and the City of Prague we must maintain a guest register and pay a local stay tax for our guests to the respective municipal district. Every traveler staying in our apartment must fill out and sign an online form that we will send before arrival.

2. Check-In and Check-Out
Standard check-in time is 11:00 Am and check-out is no later than 15:00 Am. Czk 500,00 per hour for late check-out, subject to availability.
Please return the access keys in good condition upon your check out. Replacement of lost keys will be charged at a rate of Czk 1.000,00 per keys.
3. Guest Count
Make sure to always book for the correct number of guests. If you wish for separate beds or bedrooms, let us know at least 1 day before your arrival. Extra bedding and towels after check-in can be provided for a fee of 150 Czk per set, with a minimum of 2 sets per delivery.
