Cottage #225 is a duplex unit. The entrance of cottage 225 leads you into the beautifully decorated porch lounge area furnished with a plush sectional, ottomans, side tables, lamps, ceiling fan, and flat screen TV. Through the sliding doors you will enter into the open concept living/dining room area. The kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances, including a dishwasher, and a counter-top flat screen TV. The dining area provides seating for 4 and the living room area provides a cozy chaise sectional. Just past the kitchen is the bathroom and a closet where the stackable washer/dryer is housed. The bathroom is full size with a stand up shower and will be fully furnished for your use! Beyond that is the rear exit where the outdoor entertaining area is equipped with outdoor umbrella, table, and grill ! You will definitely feel like you're in the Maine woods in this nice, private, wooded backyard! In both bedrooms, enjoy the plush queen size bed beneath the soothing breeze of the ceiling fan. Each bedroom also has a wall mounted flat screen tv, as shown in the pictures! 4 ppl MAX -- This cottage accommodates parties of 4 people maximum * Amenities are not open during winter season ***No smoking, No Pets! ***Pools and Hot tub will be available as of memorial weekend. Clubhouse amenities including gym, library, games (courts), shuffleboard, and Sandbar will be available starting May 1st (Sandbar is weekends only). Sandbar schedule is subject to change. Ask the front desk for the current schedule when booking. *During peak season (June 18th - August 20th) cottage rentals require a 7-night rental, from Saturday to Saturday. Anytime outside of peak season, there is only a 2-night minimum to book. Disclaimer: Please note that all 3 season cottages and 4 season cottages have a sunroom that is not heated. During the colder months of September-May, it may be chilly in the sunroom/t.v. room, we want to advise you of this as we do not provide extra heating. All 4 season cottages will only be 4-person in the winter months.

This tastefully decorated cottage has 2 bedrooms, each with a queen bed, a fully stocked kitchen with a custom back splash, a nice, wooded seating area in the backyard, bright and airy 3 seasons porch with flat screen TV, comfortable furniture, and Wi-Fi throughout. This is a 4 seasons cottage. It is in a prime location, within walking distance from the family pool. This cottage sleeps a max of 4 people. Disclaimer: The clubhouse at Seaglass is strictly 18+, we do have a lovely family pool area at the front of the facility. Thank you
