This comfortable and solidly built vacation home is situated on a natural plot, only 900 m from a swimming and fishing lake. In the house is an 18 m² pool with a view over the large terrace, where a bathing barrel is placed, offering wellness in the open air. Large panoramic windows provide plenty of light and views of nature. The two-story house is partly wooden and partly brick. In the living room there is a stereo, TV with German and Swedish channels and a DVD player. Upper floor with 4 bedrooms.
In the pool room you can enjoy the crackling of the fireplace next to the pool. From the pool room you go directly to the bathroom with shower and toilet, a sink and access to the sauna. In 2019, the kitchen was completely renovated. A well built, rustic and beautiful house for all seasons. Vallåsen ski resort is 65 km away. Deposit and final cleaning on arrival and payable locally. Electricity costs are according to consumption, also paid on site.
