Our home has been remodeled and features a custom kitchen with all new appliances/dishwasher and dinner seating for up to 8. Outdoor gas grill located on the boathouse deck. Outdoor covered porch with seating for 8. Full bath on the main level. There is also a 3 season room and covered porch for relaxing, reading and dining. 65 inch LED Smart TV with DIRECT TV in the main living room. 2 bedrooms on the main level for easy access and all of the bedrooms have nice comfortable mattresses. 240V EV charging available if needed.
The basement has a bar, shuffleboard table along with a 1/2 bath and washer/dryer. Completely reconstructed upper level loft with cathedral ceilings has 3 queen beds and one twin bed and a full bathroom with walk in shower.
You are required to provide your bedding, linens and towels. We provide garbage bags, paper towel and TP. You are required to drop off your garbage at the town dump 2 miles away as there is no curbside pickup in the area.
We do allow one dog if they are monitored and cleaned up after both in the house and outside.
The house is licensed for 8 people staying at the house. Weekly rentals only during the peak summer season.
We do have Starlink Wifi at the house.
