The YAY Frame is a recently renovated 2 bed 1 bath located in Jewett, NY. 2.5 hours ride from NYC and minutes away from Windham and Hunter mountains.
We are close to the shops and restaurants in Windham, Hunter, and Tannersville towns. We are also close to Kaaterskill Falls, North-South Lake, and Colgate Lake (which we highly recommend visiting!)
The house has everything you need for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, board games, internet, and TV (w\Roku).
Please be respectful of our home and our belongings. A lot of time and effort has gone into making this space as comfortable as possible and we hope to share it for a long time.

The YAY Frame is surrounded by 5 acres of forest located on a County Road in a cul-de-sac at the top of a mountain. The view of Hunter West as you leave the peak is amazing.
Never approach wildlife. The animals might be dangerous and unpredictable, no matter how calm they appear to be.
