Stay at award-winning luxury property, Walden Hall Estate in Culpeper County, which offersguests three unique rental experiences for all tastes and budgets situated on 10 glorious acres!The Emerson Pool Suite is a one-bedroom apartment on the ground floor of Walden's pool wing and opens directly to the saltwater swimming pool and outdoor grilling space. It has a spacious kitchen, living area, one bedroom with two queen beds and two twin cots, and a privatebath. The Emerson is perfectly located to enjoy the pool, fire pit, and fully stocked fish pond.
The Emerson Suite has a refreshing open floor plan, with a spacious kitchen and dining area with a table to comfortably seat four, a sitting area with a large TV, and numerous airy windows which look out directly to the semi-heated salt water swimming pool and front yard with our pond. The Emerson can accommodate those with mobility issues. We have a table, umbrella, comfy seating and fire table for your enjoyment (even wonderful when the pool is closed for the season!)
The shared spaces on our 10-acre spacious property includea spacious90,000 gallon, 9ft deep semi-heated salt water swimming pool that isopened late April until late October (check with us if you are looking for April or late October), an indoorpublic full bath off the swimming pool hallway, an outdoor10-foot diameter wood burningfire pit, 2.5 acre fully stocked pond, garden spaces, picnic area, and lawn area.
Guest access to the Emerson Pool Suite is via the Pool Wing Entrance, clearly marked to the right of the three-car garage of the main house. Upon entering, you will see the common full bath on the left and to the right ahallway that leads to the outdoor swimming pool and patio, and the entrance to the Emerson Suite with acoded touchpad that provides entrance.
Walden Hall Estate has three separate rental units available, and Julie and her husband Dave are veteran hosts who live 10 minutes away! They are available 24/7 and their private cell phone number will be provided to you upon check-in.
Walden Hall is a rural property in the foothills of the Blue Ridge Mountains, boasting plenty of space to roam! We less than amile west of Hwy 29just minutes south of the award winning small town of Culpeper.
