Summary: This hotel has become much more than just a place to stay for me; it truly feels like my second home. I have stayed here seven times so far, and I certainly intend to continue staying here whenever I visit Cologne. I simply would not consider staying anywhere else. The main reason is the exceptional reception staff, who are always incredibly friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The excellent breakfast buffet and the opportunity to relax in the hotel’s garden also make every stay particularly enjoyable. On this visit, I was also very impressed by the newly arranged lobby and lounge areas. They have been beautifully designed, and the bar now has a wonderful and inviting atmosphere. However, what truly makes this hotel feel like my second home is its staff. Their warm smiles, genuine hospitality, and willingness to help are what keep bringing me back time and time again.
