Your two-story getaway features incredible indoor/outdoor living space including a balcony and a deck with a private hot tub. The home's flexible floor plan is great for a big family or two small families. Quiet neighborhood and central location near three ski resorts, as well as snowmobiling and sledding!

Sweet dreams await on a queen bed in the primary bedroom. A full bathroom on the main floor has a tub/shower combination and a washer/dryer.

The upstairs second bedroom includes a full-size bed, twin bed, 40in TV, and direct access to a balcony with treetop views.

Detailed with vaulted ceilings and big picture windows, the third bedroom is furnished with a queen bed, twin bed, and 22in TV. Contemporary finishes continue in the en-suite bathroom equipped with a tub/shower combination.

OUTDOOR AREA & AMENITIES

Prepare to entertain on the back deck complete with an umbrella-shaded patio table and private hot tub. A spacious yard is the ultimate space for family-friendly yard games.

Tahoe is home to many animals. You may experience bears, raccoons, mice, and other animals. Meadows are home to many rodents. When these areas are filled with water or snow, these animals move to homes in the area. You may experience these animals in or near your home.

This property is not equipped with air-conditioning.

Heavenly Mountain Resort (14 minutes), Sierra at Tahoe (20 minutes), and Kirkwood Mountain Resort (30 minutes) offer some of the best skiing in the area, while the Lake Tahoe Golf Course (4 minutes) offers sledding and snowmobiling.

In the summer months, explore Washoe Meadows State Park (11 minutes), hiking the trails and keeping an eye out for local wildlife. Swim and sunbathe at Thomas F. Regan Memorial City Beach (14 minutes) and catch a concert at the Lakeview Commons' amphitheater (14 minutes).

Downtown South Lake Tahoe with restaurants and shops is a 10-minute drive away.

VIOLATION/EVICTION WARNING

Strict ordinances govern Lake Tahoe vacation rentals. This home cannot be used for any parties/weddings/receptions. Maximum allowable occupancy is 8 people and 2 cars, enforced/patrolled 24 hours/day. Excessive noise or over-occupancy at any time of day will result in guest fine up to $2,000 (as well as any fines assessed against the homeowner). Failure to observe the NO PARTY policy will result in eviction. This home is located in a sound-sensitive neighborhood and is not suitable for large/ noisy groups.

If you are bringing a dog on your trip, the pet fee is already included in your quote when selecting ‘Yes’ to pets. If you would like to add more dogs, please contact us. The pet fee is per stay and ranges between $150 and $200, depending on the bedroom count, and will apply for each additional dog.
