This renovated townhouse is located in the center of Skagen with walking distance to everything. The cottage is located on a large, enclosed plot with a short distance to the sea, shopping and restaurants. There is an open kitchen / living room in connection with the living room, three large rooms with good closet space, heated annex with good beds and spacious bathroom with underfloor heating, shower, washer and dryer. For the little ones there is a high chair, cot and play tower in the garden. Activity room with a cozy little bar, and there is billiards, table tennis and darts, so here the whole family will probably spend many hours. There is an energy-saving heat pump for heating the room. Furthermore, there is an extra large and delicious bathroom with shower and toilet, for if you are a lot of people away. In the enclosed garden with open terrace area you can have fun and cook good food on the grill. Not for rent to youth groups.
