There is a pool with waterfalls, fire bar, fire pits and a 6,000 square foot community center and clubhouse with a fitness center. Beyond that, it is adjacent to the Eastern Trail which is a scenic 65+/- mile bike/hike/walk route that starts at the Piscataqua River in Kittery (at the New Hampshire border) and ends in South Portland, Maine. It is fun to explore any section of it!
• This fully air conditioned, comfortable home is one level living featuring a wide-open dining room, living room and well-equipped kitchen including both a drip coffee maker and a keurig coffee pot, making it easy for everyone to be together. There are also two large bedrooms, a fully stocked kitchen and one spacious bathroom.
