Summary: Big thing that people should be aware of.... the drive in and out of here isn't for the faint of heart. We actually had a few people feeling sick after the steep and curvy climb up the mountain. On the way down, you need to be sure you have good brakes! Some very steep spots, and several spots where you see cars are bottoming out. The view from the room is great, but just be aware that if it's raining and/or dark, that climb isn't fun at all. I think this is a better place for a couple to stay for a weekend, if you plan to not leave much, but for a family that wants to come and go fairly often, it's really not a very convenient location. The room really is nice, but you do have to lug everything up the stairs... no other option. But, if you love wonderful views, it really is top notch there.
