The single 3,200 square foot Chalet has a separated cottage style apartment, which is listed as Pine Loft at Jay Chalet and sleeps 4 people with a separate kitchen, laundry and full bath. The large side is listed as the Main Chalet at Jay and sleeps 13. The main house features an open kitchen dining area, cozy Den with wood burning fireplace, 2 full bathrooms and 4 bedrooms and private laundry, as well as a private sunroom with a twin leather pull out bed and a queen leather pull out bed in the main living room.
Our home away from home is at the end of a quiet cul-de-sac and has some mountain views. The Pine Loft at Jay Chalet has monitor heat and has a portable air conditioning unit to keep you cool in the hot summer nights! Since the Chalet is deep in the trees we have seen it get very cool in there on 85 degree days though! The main house has baseboard heat.
