Summary: Absolutely the Most Professional Staff and Hotel Personnel! Impossible to list all of the EXCEPTIONAL QUALITIES - LOCATION, AMENITIES, SERVICE, QUALITY ETC…. IT MADE ME SAD TO LEAVE!! You will not find a better NYC LUXURY HOTEL! Hectic Holiday schedules HOWEVER the stresses just melted away while staying in this exquisite property! Returning as soon as possible!
