The layout of this beach home is an entertainer’s dream since it’s easy to move from the kitchen and dining areas, through to the main lounge areas, and out to the private balcony. The chef’s kitchen is as functional as it is beautiful, surrounded by a wall of windows that overlooks the ocean. It is complete with enough countertop space, modern gadgets, and appliances, so you can prepare and enjoy quick snacks to full feasts.
The kitchen flows effortlessly into the main dining room, which has a classic dining room table and seating for six. Combined with the breakfast bar, there’s enough room for everyone to find a seat and enjoy a meal together.
The main living room is bright, surrounded by windows, and the light color tones invite the ambiance of the sand and sea outside. It’s furnished with high-end, comfortable lounge furniture to take the load off your feet. For extra sleeping accommodations, the sofa pulls out into a sleeper bed.

-We offer 24/7 messaging but cannot always offer maintenance or staff to attend after 5 pm or before 9 am. We will do our best to resolve your needs and requests as quickly as possible once we have staff available.
-We offer just about everything you need to get started such as coffee, soap, toilet paper, paper towels, etc but please understand we offer enough to start your trip and any extras you need you will be responsible for.
-Up to 8 allowed but anything over 6 will be tight.
-There are 2 floors in the home.
-Located in Camp Ellis and 2.5 miles from the Old Orchard Beach Pier.
Window AC units will be installed by Memorial Day through the end of Sept/ early October
This unit is not baby proofed. If you need any baby proofing for your stay please be sure to bring your own devices with you.
Weekly and monthly stays are welcome.
