Guest & Parking Limits
* Maximum of 8 guests, plus up to 5 extra children under 13 years old, for a total of 13 guests with the extra children included.
* 2 dogs are welcome, with approval and pet fee - ask us about bringing your dogs!
* 3 vehicles max. No street parking is allowed by the City of South Lake Tahoe ordinance (violations may result in towing).
Noise & Respect
* Quiet hours: 10PM – 8AM (strictly enforced by the city).
* The local hot tub hours are 8am to 10pm. It is not allowed to be used between 10pm and 8am.
* Please be respectful of our home, neighbors, and community.
* This is a family-friendly getaway — no late-night or loud parties. If your goal is a big, disruptive event, this is not the right home.
* No bachelor or bachelorette parties, or similar celebratory events are permitted.
* Mature groups who know how to enjoy themselves responsibly are very welcome.
Age & Responsible Booking
* The primary guest must be 25 years or older and present during the stay.
* No third-party bookings — the person who reserves must be staying at the home.
* This is a zero-tolerance policy for minors booking or groups of kids coming up to party.
Trash & Wildlife
* South Lake Tahoe is bear country! Please place all trash in the on-site bear box to keep wildlife safe (and your deposit protected).
General Guidelines
* Serious violations may result in penalties or removal from the property.
* No parties, smoking, or events.
* Security cameras monitor entryways and driveways only (no indoor recording).
