Positive: Central location in the Old City, easy walking everywhere. Plenty of cosy cafés and very pretty City with Christmas lights etc everywhere. Very near Christmas Market. Apartment enormous, comfortable, clean, quiet. In an old block but modern and attractive inside.

Negative: I thought the 4 flights of stairs might be a challenge but they are wide and shallow and really no problem.

Summary: Large comfortable apartment in excellent location.
