Enjoy full private access to the apartment. We have everything you need for a seamless and enjoyable stay. Guests should be aware that a popular restaurant occupies the ground floor of the building. While it adds to the lively character of the location, some noise may carry into the apartment, especially during peak hours. This may not be the best fit for those seeking a particularly quiet stay.

The Neighborhood:
Aquidneck Island is a coastal enclave known for its scenic charm, historic character, and approachable scale. With most streets limited to 25 mph, the island maintains a calm, family-friendly atmosphere that encourages unhurried exploration. Getting around is easy and enjoyable. Most of our homes are located in residential areas where you can walk, bike, ride a scooter, or rent a golf cart to explore. The islands are relatively small, and with a 25 mph speed limit on most streets, the area stays safe, family-friendly, and relaxed.

Other Things to Note:
We provide dedicated parking for up to 2 vehicles in the parking lot at the rear of the building. Only park in the spots marked with Brewer‘s Loft Unit 1 signs. Please note that parking on the street is not permitted and subject to ticketing and towing. To avoid any issues, kindly use only the parking lot and limit to 2 vehicles.
