Our little piece of heaven is 200' feet to the beach entrance. Literally, right there. 4th house from the ocean with no streets to cross to get there.
This quiet STUDIO condo is perfect for a couple looking to get away.
There's a queen platform bed separated by a half wall, full living room with full size pull out, 1 full bathroom with shower (no tub). and full kitchen.
Beautiful shared courtyard.
Bring your beach chairs, and make yourself at home.
**There is a MAXIMUM of 4 people for this unit. The occupancy is strictly enforced. If you are found to have more than 4 people on the property you will be asked to leave and no refund will be given.
**Children are strongly discouraged. Nothing against children, its just the space is small and there's no place to move around if the sofa bed is open. Children like to move around and move fast. It's just not ideal.
Update 1/1/2021 - We just installed a mini split AC/Heat system (central) so no more window unit! Yay!
