This 7 Bedroom, 7 bathroom home, with over 5,000 sq ft of living space, sits on a 1.5 acre lot surrounded by other upscale properties. "Shoals View" has panoramic views of the Atlantic, over looking the Isle of Shoals, and a dramatic infinity heated pool (14' deep end!) with hot tub and outdoor kitchen with fireplace and dining area. The perfect place for your family to vacation in Maine!
In front of the home is a cobble beach, and a short walk (about a quarter of a mile) is the sandy tidal Cape Neddick Beach - great for kids, swimming, kayaking, paddle boarding and sun bathing. The house offers privacy for each guest but also plenty of room to hang out together as well.
The brand new gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with today's modern conveniences, including an adjoining full-service pantry. The comfortable living room has a TV, fireplace, and overlooks the view as well.
The first floor also offers a gorgeous library with a desk, an ocean-viewed enclosed porch with eating and sitting area, atrium family room for just hanging out and enjoying the tranquility of the views or playing games, and a large mahogany deck with patio furniture for just relaxing or enjoying your meals al fresco. A half bathroom is also on the first floor.
The second level includes four bedrooms and three bathrooms, as well as a family room with TV and laundry. The third floor is comprised of three additional bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The lower level, walk-out basement includes a home gym with bathroom, and easy access to the outdoor shower and backyard.
This property is very centrally located to all York has to offer as well as neighboring towns like Ogunquit/Perkins Cove, and the Kennebunks, and just a few miles to lovely Portsmouth, NH. These areas offer wonderful restaurants, shopping, scenic New England charm, and other excursions.
