Nicely decorated/recently renovated 4 bedroom, 2 full bath townhome just three blocks from the beach and one block from tennis, basketball and a playground. The house is located near the west end of 40th Street, near 4th Avenue.
The first floor has three bedrooms (one with a king bed, one with 2 twin beds, one with 2 queen beds ) and 1 full bathroom with a double vanity and shower. The second floor has the Primary bedroom (king bed), 1 full bathroom with shower, fully-equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and living room with vaulted ceiling, fireplace, TV, sectional sofa and 2 dining tables. Sliding doors open to a deck with a dining table and 10 chairs. All bedrooms have TVs. The yard is fully fenced. The backyard has a nice outdoor shower and a large deck with 4 lounge chairs, 5 Acapulco chairs and a gas grill.
This house is dog-friendly. Although the house is thoroughly cleaned between renters, if you or your family members have pet allergies, you should consider another house.
