This cottage is perfect for couples and small families. Comfortable, two-bedroom, one bath cottage located on the desirable Purple Road. Easy walk to beach and activities. Private dead-end street, and safe for children.
Summer - $1,800 per week (Sat-Sat)
Spring or Fall weekends $200 per night (2 night minimum)
Both bedrooms have queen size beds.
There is a full size sleep futon in the living area along with TV and cable.
The kitchen comes with a small table for four and equipped with coffee maker, toaster, microwave, pans, dishes, glasses, utensils, etc.
The freshly rocked yard and patio also comes with a picnic table and grill for outdoor eating. Enjoy toasting marshmallows and smores by your own firepit!
This is a non-smoking cottage and pets are not allowed.
Point Sebago offers one mile of sandy beach on Sebago Lake as well as vast activities for the whole family.
