A separate toilet and a washing machine are also located on this level for added convenience. Upstairs, you will find a cozy bedroom furnished with a comfortable bed, a spacious wardrobe, and a dedicated work desk, making the apartment well-suited for remote work or longer stays. 5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are not allowed.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
