Our lovely home is located in the coveted hamlet of South Jamesport on the North Fork of Long Island - this beach cottage retreat has 2 Bedrooms/1 full bath in the main house and an accessory building/studio space in back with full bath, Queen bed and West Elm pull out couch- walk to the magical Paradise Point Bay beach and/or South Jamesport Beach - perfect for families who want to enjoy a beach vacation and the surrounding North Fork activities - farms, vineyards, hiking trails, parks, Tanger Outlets, Splish Splash, The Hamptons and Greenport Village - walk from our house to beautiful and historic Jedediah Hawkins Restaurant and Inn, Watershed Restaurant, Cutty's Bar and Miamogue Park with a playground - Amenities include washer/dryer - fire pit - central air - BBQ - wifi, outdoor dining and seating areas, indoor dining seating up to 8, all new appliances, outdoor shower and so much more!
