One of the top features of this vacation home is the in-ground salt water pool, spacious outdoor changing cabanna and shower. The patio around the pool is perfect for entertaining with BBQ, lounge chairs, market umbrellas, bistro bar and chairs, pool toys and more. This area is surrounded with beautiful flowering trees and bushes attracting butterflies galore.
The ranch style house has hard-wood floors throughout. The living room and all three bedrooms step out to the pool and deck area.
The second feature is the brand new chef's kitchen, fully equipped with an island for eating and preparation, all new appliances and gadgets. A wall of sliding glass doors in the living room give you beautiful views of the pool and outdoor area. They open out to a small deck area perfect for morning coffee-or tea. Herbs and flowers are planted in pottery along this deck and ready for picking.
The kitchen connects to a large three seasons sunroom which doubles as a fully equipped bar with glasses, cocktail shakers, wine cooler and extra refrigerator.
There is a seating for 10 dining room set ready for your gourmet or casual dining entertainment.
