Built in the mid 60s by a physician and grandson of Thomas Walton, President of A&M in the 1940's. Perfect for a graduation, football game, wedding group, or sports team. Owners are Aggies '89 & ‘90 but we welcome the rest of the SEC.
This home has soaring 17 ft ceilings with clerestory windows typical of mid century architecture. The temperature is easily controlled through dual HVAC systems with easy to use Nest thermostats. Watch college football on the 2, 65" TVs in the main living rooms.
With 5,100 square feet of space, you can host the pre and post game.
The neighborhood is a very nice, quiet and safe area located conveniently very near Texas Avenue and midway between Texas A&M and historic downtown Bryan.
